Not much offense from the Canes. Very few good at-bats. Bad swings at bad pitches. Gil with a solid line drive in the 4th right at the outfielder, but Gates swung at a 1st pitch that was out of the zone and his swing at it was even worse for a weak fly ball to end the inning.
