I'm warning yall before anyone has a meltdown in advance. Well be playing a very watered down version of ball until gt where we'll open up some wrinkles. But different line ups & full play book won't be seen until fsu week. Just a lil tidbit to remember
Isn't that common sense though? A very basic offense should still end with the same results as we're expecting on this thread. Maybe 7 points less.
We might not show a 3rd down wrinkle here or there. But App State was so out of shape due to lack of depth we could run the most simplistic plays in our book but throw in some tempo and they're done
Absolutely it's common sense. However I feel most of the individuals on here simply lack common sense so hence the explanation. I disagree on the outcome being so similar though. App state has a very good rb & fb. Everything else is basic at best. Our problem is their strength plays in to our lone untested weakness... a hurt up front 4 & 3 true freshman at lb. Personally I feel well be just fine & win by roughly 24. But not opening up our playbook can greatly alter that outcome as well. I think we'll be heavy run & short passing game against them. That means at the least it'll take us noticeably longer to score. Well be fine. It's just a matter of dotting the I & crossing the t.
