I'll turn my WEZ voice off for a minute; how much ad revenue can you charge for a place with a membership of couple of thousand (I guess) kids, many of which aren't working yet or just joined the work force in the past few years.........and a couple old retired perverts who wander over from the WEZ............not exactly advertising to the Forbes 500 here.

Agree 100%. Optics of this are horrible and Pete is sacrificing his love for UM for an agent of very questionable repute. Pete made his bed. Unfortunately, for him, it means his very damaged reputation at UM. I'd be surprised if UM lets him set foot on campus for the foreseeable future.
