Why do people keep coming up with that line? Greg had been healthy for a minute. Him and dee are my nephews roommate's. That injury hadn't been an issue for a minute. He was starting Scott because he likes Scott. Same way he was playing Knowles cause he liked Knowles. No need to create excuses for what they like.

We used to be a team that had one great player follow another great player. Now? It’s fashionable to say “we don’t need player X b/c player Y is coming in.” Where they do that at?

U know y we can’t have nice things? B/c we mishandle & chit on nice things and that’s been that way since, fa sho, 2006.

1: can we really trust manny?

2:we aren’t talking about it a walk-on. We are talking about a high rated 5*. after deejay goes down and you see that Harris and burns aren’t moving the ball. You give him a shot to see what he can do live fire.
 
when you have two teammates - who know more about this than anyone on this board....with two starkly opposed views of the situation and venting those views publicly...tells you everything you need to know about this situation. Use your eyes and brains here folks...cmon.

You talking about the coach that just got fired or the other who will be fired next year?

The coaches are awful. Whatever reason they came up with for not playing him is probably just as awful as they are.

Lingard has elite speed and upside in the right role. But he also has a lack of wiggle and poor contact balance. It was very much boom or bust with him before the injury.

With all do respect...correct me if Im wrong but I dont recall you ever describing Lingard as "boom or bust" before the injury.

Appreciate the insight. The idea that this was simply coaches refusing to play the best player for no reason whatsoever made no sense...no matter how much people want to attack the coaches.

Our doctors are all world. HOWEVER much as I love vinny as a person and as long as hes been around it may be time to move on from vinny. Atleast in the head trainer capacity.

I agree with those points, but they are completely different points from your original comment I responded to of "I don’t care about this “beating guys out at practice” Nonsense". The day players are NOT starting because they won the job in practice is the day we are REALLY fvcked!
