It's criminal to order a Prime Cut of Steak (Porterhouse, Rib Eye, T-Bone) well done....It's Death Penalty Phase to order a Filet Well done....They kinda do already. When you go to a high end steakhouse here in Charleston, and order your steak well done, you get the ****tiest of the steaks on hand. The best are reserved for people that want the best steak flavor. So actually people like Brock are getting the worst cuts out the way so I don’t have to eat them![]()
Chef - I just got done grilling a 3 lb Mishima Ranch Wagyu tri-tip. Spring growing season in the south for sides. Phenomenal. It's criminal to order a Prime Cut of Steak (Porterhouse, Rib Eye, T-Bone) well done....It's Death Penalty Phase to order a Filet Well done....

a defensive tackleI haven’t heard anything, but I really hope Brian balom doesn’t transfer. He’s a player and can contribute here, but with the depth there and looking like blades will get reps there I’d understand
That is indeed a well done steak. Exactly how it should be done. The person who cooked it did so very wellOkay, Bet.......View attachment 183416
I was going to go have Chinese food like most ****** people do on a Sunday night but after looking at this, I’m going out for a steak. When they ask me how I want it cooked I’m just handing my phone to the server to show this to the chef.Okay, Bet.......View attachment 183416
That's "Pittsburgh" in Chef terms....Wagyu has a tremendous fat content....Hence the outside having that Crust.....Alot of Top End Steakhouses will Baste the Steak with butter as well, to give the Steak the same effect....View attachment 183421View attachment 183422
That is a Wagyu ribeye. Cooked to perfection I might add!
Not gone learn being on the bench. Taylor still needs to play because he is so disruptive. Still got all the way until fall camp@brock , I see why you like JHH over the inbound portalers from his potential. And "maybe" it was Manny and "maybe" it was a slump year. But he was mediocre at best at the point of attack last year. I honestly can't remember one memorable moment from him in 2021. Mario/Steele/Salave'a can't just hope for the best. Those kids coming in may have lower ceilings. But they've produced. I'd take every one of them but Moultrie over JHH to win in 2022.
@Cribby agree on your assessment. No one played at an acceptable level at DT last season. Silvera and Ford were the best options last year, and their performance was "okay" for ACC play, but we would fold like a house of cards against top teams. I'm very concerned about Taylor, too. He had bad coaching last season. Simpson and Stroud weren't bad DL coaches per se. But they did him a disservice in letting him play before he was sound, he had no fundamentals. Sometimes you need to slow down to speed up. And it's going to take a full season, IMHO, for Taylor to get back on the right vector where he's playing at 5-star level.
LT didn’t play any where near as much and had 2 sacks2 sacks in 9 games as a DT on a weak line last year is not bad, plus got in the backfield quite a bit to pressure the QB. The year before in even more limited playing time, but when we actually had effective DEs, he had 3 sacks.
We'll just have to agree to disagree on this.
Like when we lost to Pitt and Rosier was like yeah I really didn’t take the game seriouslyI think ur missing the point. This isn't about him sucking as a player. This is about WHY he sucked as a player.
Dude needs to charge his phone. 2%?

I mean, it's not much different than having pope come back after he graduates to work with our receivers.I don't wanna keep getting into essentially having to **** on him as a player. I'm just gonna leave it at NOTHING about his game do you wanna emulate. QB coaches atleast know how to emphasize mechanics, technique, release point, hip fluidity, footwork etc. The question should be what did you see out of Malik on game days that would make you comfortable with him teaching your QB any of that?
Brock gets a bad rap. Lay off him fr.Get off your knees, enough is enough.
Jarren Williams was much worse. Nkosi Perry slightly worse. So real answer than. Malik Rosier is the worst starting QB here ever (in the last 40 years atleast)besides Kirby freeman. I don't care about his fake stats that seems to fool our wise fanbase just like I don't care about Mike Harleys fake stats... Facts are facts. Why do you want a kid who can't walk in the same path teaching a kid who has tons of potential ANYTHING. I don't want Tyler taking on any more bad habits than he already has since that's enough for Ponce to have to correct as is.
