Lashlee is a horrible hire

SMU took a step back his first year there. He wont fix everything here in year 1 either. So I can envision this being a 1 year deal and everything gets blown up if they sack Manny.

Manny's job hinges on the offensive side of the ball getting it together next season

Since we are in a Perps thread, I want to know what Kenneth thinks about it. @nystateofmind
Kenneth got very excited when he heard we hired “Lashley”.

He thought it was this guy:

Here’s a fact and it will be ignored, if the O can’t move the ball at all in the spring, it won’t get much better in the fall. Now I’m not saying things won’t improve, but search the last 15 years of failure and you will see that a completely incompetent O doesn’t get better.

-no history of turning around programs based on coordination ability
-flag football style offense that just failed spectacularly at fsu in a similar situation

LOL. Lashlee's offense has won several Championships.

I really have no idea how this is gonna end up. Manny might just be too crappy of a HC for anyone to be successful. However there is absolutely no doubt Lashlee has huge potential as an OC. The Auburn/Gus spread option run game with Air Raid passing concepts. This is the epitome of a playbook to call plays from.
