he has ran one offense as a coordinator without some offensive guru HC. Which is what **** be doing here. And the results were predictably disastorous

the only positive is that we beat out some good teams for him.

Coordinators aren’t really relevant in any event but he’s not even someone that would make sense like joe moorhead

So according to OP, Manny should hire a crap OC and prove he can win with a terrible offense? Then he has the right to hire a good OC because at that point he would not be saving his job. Wonderful logic there.

manny should hire a competent OC who has proven he can run his own system at multiple stops.
