I love appreciate KD as much as the next guy, but to me he is an unknown as a coach. Carolina is a very small sample size.

You know, Detroit had this tight ends coach that would be a perfect fit for Cam, now that Dorsey has left.

My feeling is he's more qualified to coach QB's than our current guy and his experience, history, and familiarity with Miami would be a benefit.

I think on the field or sidelines, KD obviously has more experience.

Jon though has been around his father since birth. They are probably of one mind offensively. I'm not saying that's a good thing, just stating a fact.

I would put KD being added to this staff at zero percent. Richt isn't going to replace his son and protege with KD. I don't see really them adding an OC either.

It is somewhat amazing to me that there's four pages of people, by and large, clamoring for his services.

No faith in Richt hiring an OC or Offensive mastermind to be our 10th coach. Nepotism and Egotism “could” be his downfall here.

You know very good point. I think Rick is a victim of his own ego. His assistants let him down many times. Either he is too loyal or is just wants “Yes” men around him. If he can’t put his ego aside then I am afraid we are in for Georgia success and not being amongst the elites.

Why did he butt heads with 2 time NC Jeremy Pruitt? Pruitt is probably a guy who needs to run his defense and Rick wants it his way. Well guess what when Rick wins a Natty all by himself maybe he can preach and lecture others.

We don’t have a championship caliber coaching staff not by a long shot. No OC and I will double down Manny Diaz is not the answer here. We need a tactician DC type I am so tired of brain dead DCs.

The question is will Rick learn from his past mistakes? I know but I don’t want to become Georgia. I want to be the best!
