Nah… people rooting for losses and not for our kids have lost their way. 90+% of this board wants Manny gone but most want Blake gone first and we want a qualified legit AD to be given the opportunity to look at the situation and decide, not the people rooting for losses for certain nor any of us for that matter.

He’s been here since 2016. He has had to remake his staff twice already. His roster management is garbage. His personnel deployment is worse. And the defense, that he personally took over, gets sodomized more than Mia Khalifa. There are serious flaws not only in scheme, but in technique, leverage, football awareness, and player development. This is as big a **** burger of scheme, personnel usage, recruiting, and fundamentals that exists in the P5. And it’s all overseen by the same guy for 6 seasons
That’s the thing. We do. Our problem is that we are not committed to returning to the top. BOT just needs the smallest reason to keep them both. We keep winning - both stays. That simple.
It’s not holier than thou and ultimately you are rooting against these kids. You don’t want them all dominating because that means we win the game so you only want them to do so well. That’s the problem a lot of us have with what you and others are doing. I get why you’re doing it but every time a kid puts on that U and gives it his all, I want nothing more than to see him dominate the other team.
I am ‘pumped and jacked’ we are winning but we got here because the dude is a fraud. But yes, find an AD first and do your thing.
We all knew Diaz lacked experience and yes he has taken time to mature into the job and unlike Golden he continues to address weak areas, That cannot be denied. Expecting these youngsters to win out is ludicrous yet possible. If this team plays with the same intensity in our remaining games it would be shameful to punish them as our current top performers are Diaz recruits. Win at least 6 games and get a bowl game to add training time and experience and wait out 2022. This years schedule has been brutal for a young team and inexperienced staff, yet how does a staff gain experience except for OJT. OJT is probably the best. A learning coach that flexes as Manny has will improve consistently. So please base you opinions on the future, not on wins versus losses but on performance, energy, and desire. This year is a wash except we see a team with a future now. Enthusiastic and playing with passion, don't ruin it.
Well see. If he can win out (I doubt it) and in doing so stacks more elite talent like he has in the 2019 and more so the 2020 class I think he’s on to some..that’s Wes, shamar etc..but it’s pipe dream rn
Manny shouldn’t be the coach and there are only like 3-5 people on the board right now who are actively propping him up. They’re a limited group.
But we’re not dominating the other team. These kids are flashing but wins are being squeaked out due to coaching. Nothing matters more to me than getting Blake and Manny out. Wins are in conflict of that.
He isn’t recruiting an elite class this season… not even covid can help that this year. If he was an elite recruiter I’d understand keeping him.
