After the game, as our players moved towards the tunnel, a bunch of UF recruits were RIGHT NEXT TO the tunnel. Some of our players were high-fiving and shaking hands with recruits, a couple were saying "Come to UM".

In a ridiculous effort to prevent this interaction, Florida Assistant Athletic Director was yelling "Leave" and "Shut up" at our coaches and players, and pushing our coaches and players so that they couldn't speak to or shake hands with recruits.

It was not the worst thing of all time, but it is unacceptable behavior for an AAD and the role of traffic cop should have been performed by security personnel, not an AAD. She lost her cool, and while the he-men of CIS will tell you that it doesn't hurt when a woman physically makes contact with you, it is still not something that an AAD should be doing under any circumstances.

Unless there's something more than what I saw, don't see any reason for *****ing on our side. Grabbing guys by the arm and pointing them toward the exit? Happens every game on the field post-game.

And especially *****ing about it after a huge road win in Canesville? Kareninsight.com indeed.

Funny stuff.

The #FireKatieTurner hashtag is something I created as a joke on Gator Tears. I know she is unlikely to be fired, but I'm certainly not against people complaining to UF and the AAD personally.

Let them deal with real blowback, in addition to the "bad look" on social media. I don't care, UF and its administration deserve all the smoke.

They probably won’t do anything. The emails to her are a waste. They should be going to the AD and the University President.

I saw the Woody Hayes thing as a kid. That was worse as that was an attacking thing but they’re both technically batteries so I get where he’s coming from.
