Justin Flowe in the portal

All of these discussions are predicated on the unspoken belief that NIL is pay for play.
The innocence , passion and fun in CFB is gone , it’s purely a me and money game .

I feel bad for all the young kids now who will never experience the fun CFB once was .

Us old folks are so Blessed to have played witness and enjoyed the fun it once was.

It’s time to hit up Vince McMahon, HHH and HBK or who ever running the WWE at this point.

Some people will not like this, but I believe college football players need a union or a trade association. I believe it is inevitable. This should be part of the solution, which means it won’t happen soon, and the courts will have to force one.
A union will be the cherry on top of a the collapse of CFB its steam rolling towards it super fast .

Enjoying the ride very much , it’s much needed

I ain't no versions of a y'all. I have never once said athletes shouldn't be getting paid. I literally said in the same message I first sent that we should've been getting paid all along. BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME STRUCTURE BEHIND IT. this free for all **** is horrible. It leads to tampering EVERYWHERE,EVERY DAY. It's leads to kids just every day trying to renogiate for more bread. Not just their agents but themselves. It when combined with the portal just leads to kids going somewhere to get a bag and audition & if they don't like the results of that audition for whatever reason they either put their names back in the portal or renogiate to get another bag. Look at that karnley kid as an example. He came here for 410. Was gave 125 when he enrolled. Well now we told him he's gonna be a backup(as of now)he saw his competition and said I'm gonna keep this 125 and I want another 200 on top of I'm gonna clear it... Anyway acting like this is the way to go about all this is ****** insane. It needs structure period. It needs a hard cap. Kids shouldn't be making enough money as a college kid that they ever have to question what their next step is as far as stay, transfer or go to the league... Pay them fairly for what they are which is STUDENT athletes. For me I'd cap it dependent on what year they are in and that's it. Everyone across the board (based on the sport)gets the same set numbers depending on freshman, sophomore etc.

I don't disagree with your opinion with your take that there needs to be a clearly defined structure to this transfer portal and NIL stuff. I said so as much with regards to how the windows for the transfer portal are nonsensical, creating chaos. I think this can be tweaked a little. But I'm not sure about the salary caps being enforceable. A salary cap brings us back to pre Portal era, where certain schools (read: SEC) are more equal than other schools (read: US) in getting monitored, harassed and punished by the NCAA.

UNLV , is perfect for him , then he declare NFL ready or just keep doing the portal thing nonstop till can’t portal anymore.

Another swing and miss at a position of need by the staff smh.

Am I doing it right?
Rohan and Miami did everything to get Flow who has Marley lineage to play at Miami.

Yet he chose another team which was a monstrous mistake, even to a place that wasn’t for him .

He never was the player he was meant to be totally out of his comfort zone and it showed.

I believe if he would have called Miami during his nightmare that he made a mistake in his choice Miami would’ve done everything to get him here but he didn’t.

Now he has to live with his choice as we all do he’s no different and he knows his career is ending fast and will have to actually work for a living and that scares him .

He’s now beyond our reach for the product he offers is not worth his asking price .

Welcome to our world

That's happening anyhow. The schools that played a dirty game before nil are more often than not still playing a dirty game. For any who forget, this is reported income. They have agents, they have family members and friends influencing them. That's never gonna change. There's always gonna be "handshakes", jobs, homes, gifts etc. when you combine it with the legal aspect now in nil is where you get the programs causing issues. Auburn, sc East, Oklahoma, OSU,Nebraska, Michigan,Texas, a&m, etc etc...

Only certain schools are gonna partake in that. If you weren't a school known for that before than more than likely you won't be now either. So that advantage will always be there. Why not at least even the rest of the field & say freshman you get this much, sopmores this much so on & so on.
