This picture encapsulates everything wrong with nil and it distorts the multiple valid reasons why as college athletes we should've been getting paid all along. This kid grinded all throughout youth and high school to be on every platform considered a can't miss prospect at lb. He gets to college, gets paid and aggressive nil package and loses all desire to approach the game with the grind he always did. He's wearing a easy 100-150k on him in jewelry and he ain't never done a single god **** thing since he got to college. You think he's stressing it too tough? Doesn't seem it. People now simply feel entitled to all of this. I legit hate where college sports has gone and a result of this. Don't get how they could've been so ****** stupid. You wanna pay everyone, well that fine. Just cap all of them. Not this wild West ****.

If players making money bothers you that much, don't watch it.

The revenue they generate from TV viewership & ticket sales, is primarily why they're allowed to get paid now.

So if you're someone that is staunchly against players having the opportunity to make money, then you have no other course of action than to stop watching & attending games altogether.
