Absolutely.They’ll play the best five, rotate any one who deserves to play, play with lots of six- and seven-man lines in short yardage, and they’ll cross train guys at multiple positions to see the best mix.
There's a plan for each guy and they will put them in positions to succeed. If they aren't ready, I guarantee the coaches are telling the guys that and what needs to be worked on.
It's part of the culture that has been missing: uncomfortable conversations based in truth, and accountability. Best part now is those conversations are also being held among the players. That's that intangible people on the outside keeping looking over.
