Absolutely.

There's a plan for each guy and they will put them in positions to succeed. If they aren't ready, I guarantee the coaches are telling the guys that and what needs to be worked on.

It's part of the culture that has been missing: uncomfortable conversations based in truth, and accountability. Best part now is those conversations are also being held among the players. That's that intangible people on the outside keeping looking over.

But excellent point I had thought aboit. Colorado doesnt have culture set in place, whereas we do. Just got to keep him straight for a year. I trust mario to make the correct judgment call. I dont think mario is down with the cancer bad character stuff.

I have to believe Seaton is just immature on social media, but locks in as a player. D Lew was a coach at Colorado so knows what's up. Mario has said during media conversations that we vet these kids like the NFL these days. He's hyper focused on culture.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if that's how Cantwell starts out the 26 season. He had major work to do with his feet, positioning, hand placement in pass pro. I would actually be surprised if he starts game 1, would mean he's made huge progress on his technique year over year. But you can't keep him off the field.

Yes I’m aware of his sexual orientation… but saying phrases that included the word “coitus” was a real thing for Sheldon Cooper. Like he always used the word. Which is why I used a gif featuring him. So I take it that you didn’t watch a lot of TBBT? 🤷🏾‍♂️

****, look at a kid like Kinsler. He has stuck by Mario and Mirabel because he trusts the process (he's also getting paid). Then you look at a guy like Tripp and through honesty decisions were made the made sense (stay and maybe squeeze out some reps or go elsewhere and get the reps you need which he's getting at FIU).

Mario isn't Al Golden. When Mario sells a kid it so much more than empty promises and slimy guarantees. Mario may soon corny with his talk about process, and get back to work, and character, but it's all sincere and we are seeing it works.

The current run we are on and the development we are seeing in real time should provide enough evidence that Mario knows what he is doing. Not perfect but close enough

Man speaking of getting reps elsewhere.. we should be sending guys to FIU and FAU as farm teams 😂! Get coached up by their coaches who will be in touch with their position coaches on how the guys are doing. People would lose their **** when they found out! 🤣

Plenty of UM-FIU ties to make it work.

AN alternative would be West Florida. Get young guys reps at D2 and bring them in when it's time.

West Florida has been a steady pipeline to P4 and G5 times the last few seasons
