I'll repost this....

It would've been nice to have him but he's not a Cici. Poor run blocker. We're a physical team built on winning the trenches. He fits more of LSU's style.

A lot of question marks. You'd expect this staff with their specialty being oline, a recruiter HC + financial backing to put themselves in a better spot with less unknowns. Kinda shocked

You shouldn’t be shocked. LSU is somewhat paying the suck tax and we aren’t. The amount that LSU is paying to build a team in one year is astronomical and we’re not matching that. I don’t think anyone is.

You can’t bring Seaton in and pay him double or triple what we paid Mauigoa. We’re not built to do that. Never will be.

Not landing Seaton isn’t anyone’s fault. It’s money and a lot more than anyone else will pay. Landing Wilson on the DL was more important in my humble sports opinion.

Hopefully but Bain and Mesidor are top tier pass rushers. Don't let the sack numbers fool you, they produce an insane amount of QB pressures which really affects the game.

I think out D Line will be better than last year by a good bunch.

You will have the two most dominate DT's by far in the all of college football. With Moten and Scott. Miami's defensive ends will be crazy good.

Justin Scott - Five Star
Moten - (Would rate a 5 star now)
Blount - Five Star
Light Foot - 5 Star
Hayden Lowe - 5 Star
Wilson - 5 Star

D Line is loaded

Not starting a thread does the portal close for us Saturday on players who can enter off our team?
 
We wanted him so this is not the staff’s position, but I’m glad we didn’t get this guy. Him and Levitt are cut from the same cloth. Bad reputations and family members running their processes.

That said, we have to figure out this OL. Too many misses in the ‘24 class.

We'll that doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies about next year's ol
 
You guys also forget the scheme and the near zero line splits we have, make it difficult to get a pass rush against us with loops and stunts teams operate with.

There are ways to hide talent deficits.
