Jordan Seaton to Portal to Knoxville Car Wreck Guy (LSU)

Yes. Seems his tweets are happening.

Here one

Eh, that’s vague and several media members said this after the initial Pringle news. I’m not trying to hate on buddy, have no clue who he is, but him posting this nonsense about Seaton asking for and receiving $8M has me side eyeing anything he says cause there is literally no chance that number is true.

The team will shift from looking more like a UGA/Bama offense to a more Ole Miss vibe. But there is nothing better in football than an elite OL, and it sucks if we don't have one.
Yes an elite Oline is an excellent luxury to have for sure, on the bright side our d line will still be elite especially at DT. I like your comparison to Ole Miss I believe we will look like they did but with a much better defense and dline. our oline just has to be above average/solid and I believe we can make it back to the chip they have the talent but will probably have some growing pains early on.

Yep Pete was the first person I saw say it… about Pringle

I think out D Line will be better than last year by a good bunch.

You will have the two most dominate DT's by far in the all of college football. With Moten and Scott. Miami's defensive ends will be crazy good.

Justin Scott - Five Star
Moten - (Would rate a 5 star now)
Blount - Five Star
Light Foot - 5 Star
Hayden Lowe - 5 Star
Wilson - 5 Star

D Line is loaded
We’re losing maybe the greatest college DE ever, and one of the most productive pass rushers in the last 5 years opposite to him. To say this year’s DL will be better just because of the amount of 5 stars is incredibly premature.

I said it from the jump.

If he chose Deion the first time...it aligns with the type of guy he is (impressionable) ...if any of u been around Mario he is anything but that he looks just like he looks in press conference and the sidelines.

I said this kid isnt the typical OL...he thinks he is a skill position player i mean you can tell from the recruitment..Lineman arent drawing sh*t out to long were not that type of position or really have that mindset cause its an unsung position...my man stretched out all the attention he could possibly get.

LSU offense will be cooking this year in the sec based on what they have got out of the portal.
Presuming Leavitt’s body parts hold up. Dude has consistently been injured. Helluva risk.

So

LT Okunlola
LG McCoy
C Rodriguez
RG Merriweather?
RT Cantwell

Depth
Juan Minaya
Demetrius Campbell
Jaden Wilkerson
Max Buccanon
Seusu Alofaitula
Ben Cogdon
Joel Ervin
Cannon Pickett
Assuming we don't get anyone else, I think McCoy will be the LT. Buchanan the RG. Merriweather will be the 6th OL. I wouldn't be surprised to see SJ as the starting C if he can gain some good weight.

Samson pulling in gap scheme runs is a thing of beauty. Unless he's far superior to McCoy pass blocking at LT, I'd rather he stay at Guard, since we pull our guards more often than we pull our tackles.

Mirabel replaced all five OL starters for the COVID year at Oregon. They gave up 11 sacks in 7 games, and Dye ran the ball well (Verdell did too the first few games till he got hurt IIRC).

Cantwell being ready to start is a big key. If both McCoy and Samson have to play tackle that probably makes Merriweather a starter at one of the guard spots. That would be our weakest line, IMO.

Wildcard would be if Mirabel likes Wilkerson/Campbell enough to start one of them at tackle. I know he spoke highly of all the freshman OL during a playoff presser. Could just be coach speak. Doubt he starts a true and redshirt freshman at both tackle spots, but it's a possibility to consider.

Kinsler coming back I'd be down with, but he'd have to beat out Buchanan to start on the line. Everytime he came in at OT in garbage time I always thought he was playing out of position, had cement feet, and would never be a starting OT here.

Not when you GRABBED 3 PORTAL QBS. He does that every year.

From the day Mario came here i said we should grab 2 PORTAL QBS....An elite one and a guy from g5 or fcs. Even gave names every year. If your not good at evaluating hs qbs (our oc appears not to be) then you do this.

Dude was able to get three qbs a year to portal in to biloxi or wherever tf ole miss is we are in Miami it shouldnt even be that hard.

We've landed great ones in the portal but grabbing two or multiple guys one year would have eased the risk the following year moving forward and cost.

The fact that he had a qb guy bring him tape on Trinidad Chambliss says alot cause i highly doubt our recruiting dept knew who he was...and Lane offered him off of like 5 mins of watching tape.

Its January of 2026 and im pretty sure we are in the portal nxt year for our potential starting qb...n i love it though cause its been working. lol

If he pull off another Chambliss from that group he brought in (yes, including the USC kid), I will owe you a brunch buffet purchase of your choice.

In my eyes he is but I’m a younger guy and a huge homer lol. I’m curious who you think is the best? Not trying to be combative, just genuinely wondering
Figured you had to be young. Well I mean I’m not old either but it’s hard to say who the very best is but from when I was a pup guys like Julius peppers and Dwight freeney was monsters

Terrell Suggs had 24 sacks

He said he wants to support a coach his color . Yet goes with kiffen over Mario . He not got it between the ears . Can’t wait to see how him and levit are together once they lose a game or two .

with him now having seaton and blah the guard from maryland thats atleast 2 really good pass blockers i dont think bah gave up a sack last year i was hoping we gave him a look.

There is two fcs ol i identified that i think could play here...but these guys are from north dakota and freakin montana and been loyal and basically the opposite of Miami lol

We should have recruiting dpept guys scouting fcs qb targets every year...there are qbs there to be had n they wouldnt even be expensive.

I would 100 percent do this.

Shull is only a freshman so its an essentially a new recruit and bring Kinsler back to compete for that starting RT job. If his price is too high so be it. But i would bring in Shull or one more lineman regardless.
Me too
