No, its not a failure but we keep having injuries and transfers left and right at the WR position, can't afford to miss on the State's 3 best WR's. It's not end of the world but the staff should see that as a disappointment

Exactly LOL. There are 3 stud WR's already committed and the staff has battled back in the top 5 for Dixon, Rudolph and Lane, but guys are still string about a twitter post lol. Wake me up when Dixon actually signs a LOI.
 
Ohio is dark, dank and dreary from the mid fall to the late spring. Cold is another story, he needs to check the winter out.

With the talent we already have on campus plus the guys we're bringing in, not really worried about where this kid ends up. He's not a can't lose prospect.

Rudolph is the one that would hurt cause he's elite.
 
Just goes to show how much important Derrick Griffin getting in is..We get him on campus in Jan and I prob wont even open another thread on any WR after that. He trumps all of these kids. We dont get him and Berrios will have to step up. (Dont think Langham is ready and Brady might have grade issues)
 
Urban selling Dixon that dynamic receiver pitch. The next Percy Harvin... Something that nobody but arguably the best playmaker to ever lace them has been able to do effectively In his offense.
 
He and Johnnie didn't talk much... He seemed more focused on Bill Parcells IMO.

I agree it is a big disappointment to lose Dixon (staff made him a huge priority) but pulling Berrios (who is every bit as good IMO) makes up for it. At the end of the day, I see it as his loss. I'd never let my kid play for that scumbag.

LOL @ "battling" back into the 5 for Dixon. We've always been at the top of his list and he's been at the top of ours.

If we get ONE of those guys, I am ecstatic.

If we get none of them, well then, I'll still live. Brady and Berrios and Langham are studs. That's a nice pull any year, and that's a position we aren't recruit-or-die at right now, so life is alright.

If we pull one of those SoFla 3, though...magnificent WR class.
