Jerome Washington- JUCO TE Commits to Miami

Film looks great but it will be interesting to see how he does when someone actually is guarding him going long or when he isn't 6" taller than the people triple teaming him.

6'5 with that athleticism means we'll all be watching closely. I'll never hate on recruiting kids with size and speed, especially at positions of relative strength.

The only thing in question would be his speed.... Everything looks right... He is a big *** dude!

Yeap, he didn't look 4.6 on film. 4.4 is also a little too fast for a TE.... His strength numbers will improve by the time season rolls around next year.

Like QBs, our best TEs have come from out of state. Jersey pipeline baby!

"Rutgers, I was talking to them for a year and a half and they never wanted to offer me (until this week) - I don't know why - but then I got a call from Miami and I was like `That's where I want to go.' And then after that I got messages from Nebraska, Washington, an email from Alabama that I would get offers."

"He asked if I was interested in playing for them," Washington said. "I said `I'm committed to Miami, done.'"

Kid is from jersey, maybe he was calling the dude dun (ala NY slang). Listen to a Mobb Deep track for verification.
