If I am Martell I am transferring out not because he didn’t get the nod to be the starter but because he wasn’t told everything before he chose to come here. He was shown special packages tailored to him etc. while being recruited but wasn’t told they were going to totally *** with his mechanics and finger placement as well. Probably they think he's the QB that gives us the best chance of winning. Wouldn't that make logical sense? Sort of like the coaches picking the kid who gives us the best chance of winning. This notion that the coaches and/or teammates play favorites is ridiculous. Unless you're related to one of the kids or a close family friend, you go with the most capable guy.

An overlooked aspect of Williams game is his coachability. He made a MASSIVE improvement between his junior and senior year. Now he goes from 3rd string to starter. Seems like he has the ability/willingness to work on deficiencies. That's an excellent sign.

This is a great point, in my view, I want my QB at Miami to have pro aspirations, for football to be his true passion. Stuff like this has me thinking Jarren is that type of guy. And in Enos, it's clear he has a coach he actually respects.

And in Williams, Enos has a QB that can run his whole offensive package

I can live with the growing pains, here, because I really like the possibilities. This guy still has a lot of years left in Coral Gables with plenty of talented weapons around him
