The likelihood of any booster having anything to do with it is nonexistent. Any person with any type of actual knowledge or even intelligent perception would know that.

Is it possible some booster may make some offhand comment to a coach “hey I really want that guy”. Of course. Guess what I’m a booster. I’ve met Manny. I could’ve said to him “I want this guy or that guy”. Doesn’t mean shlt.

I mean people aren’t even using the word booster right.

agreed. that's horse****. boosters are going to pressure a guy who has proven QB results into playing someone he doesn't want to start? gtfo with that

So you don't like Jarren because he "waffles" and considered transferring (under a terrible Offensive coaching staff who showed no signs of giving him a fair shot). So since Tate DID in fact transfer, I guess he's a "waffler" too and can't be a leader? Guess your choice is Perry?

If people want to leave, let em. It’ll be a much more attractive destination for an elite recruit like Garcia & if he’s that legit I can see something similar to Hurts/Tua or Lawrence/Kelly when/if he arrives.

You know what though. We have no idea how he will perform when the bullets are live. Some guys are practice and scrimmage show ponies, and then when the lights come on, they shrink. I’m not saying that’s what he is, but we have no idea.

It’s the coaches job on the line. They need to pick a guy that gives them the best overall chance to win games.

That settles it.

Black parents and student athletes on the board, if you or your child didn’t know the word faction for at least the last week, there is no need to consider the University of Miami as a viable option for your child.

I believe what Manny stated to be true. The part about “Which guy are we going to trust our jobs too” or something similar.

These are grown *** men whose jobs are on the line....not necessarily this year but they will be evaluated at the end of the season like anything else.

Manny and co. Not letting some boosters assist them. If he performs horribly over time he’ll be gone and the boosters will still be here being boosters.

So it’s in his best interest to do what’s best amongst his coaching staff

Would allow us to stack chips at the QB spot the next 3 years (Matocha, TvD and hopefully Garcia), and we can all look forward to doing this again then.
