12 tackles and 8 sacks through 4 games.

He sucks. The bottom line is there was no harm in offering this kid and allowing him to commit before the season given the following... Even though he had little experience (I believe the spring game is all he played), the kid's athleticism was off the charts. 6'4/6'5 about 220/225 with a 4.6 40 yard dash and without a real S&C program.

The other thing is people expect these DL to come in right and way and play. This kid can he the liberty (since we have depth) to redshirt and learn the system. It may be 2015/16 before he is counted for serious burn.

Hope this kid keeps this up because he looks like a beast.

Surprised about this move.

1. Why not wait and actually watch the young man play a football game before offering.
2. If there is a position on the team that our coaches need to be perfect in their evaluations is the DL. It's the weakest area of the football team and we need players that can contribute right away, not three years from now. That can be reserved for OL...

This worked out well for you. The kid appears to be a monster. Chad came along for the ride. And our DL is one of the team's strongest units.

Where are all the ****asses who told me how terrible a take this was (HE HAZENT EVEN PLAYED FOOSBALL DERRRRRRRR) and that I was a "slurper" for liking the prospect?
