Me I feel for manny and any coach that takes on this **** show this has something to do with those above him…Blake James and others at that level!!! #wegressionU almost 20 years of this and what 5 or 6 coaches now
 
Manny does not love this program Bc if he did he would resign Bc it’s clear he can’t do it
Manny loves manny
Manny is a self promoter
Everything he does is about manny

Richt is the only coach I can say who actually loved Miami Bc he stepped down and took no money when he knew he couldn’t do it

It’s hard to agree with that when he not only kept his useless boy Patke but have him a promotion

He may very well give a **** and it bothers him his efforts are not coming to fruition.

But here's some facts: D1 College Football is no different than a business. Results matter. If you can't produce in a highly desirable job, it doesn't matter how passionate you are, your bosses are going to find someone else that can. That's it.

This isn't a feel good sports movie like The Mighty Ducks, Little Giants or Slap Shot. Having grit and passion are great things, admirable even.

But you still need to win. Not moral victories like keeping within a score, not auxiliary victories like having a high average GPA.

Football is about winning. It's why they keep score.

Diaz and Blake James need to go. Because it's obvious to most they cannot skillfully do their jobs.

If I couldn't drive a truck safely, my company would have no issue immediately letting me go. As they should.
 
Radio Shannon and Turnover Chain Manolo are tied for the worst corches at Miami. All time that is. Both DC’s and never belonged, deserved or earned becoming CEO’s of this historic program. They wounded it but did not kill it and it will rise again from the ashes some day.
