Interesting Tidbit On Justin Flowe

Seriously..... we haven’t done **** in two decades. And the idiots who keep saying live in Miami versus blank are the worst. They have no idea what living in a campus where football/sports are king is like. They think kids come to Miami and live on the beach in yachts all day. Dumb
Hey Juan...Miami is a fabulous city to live in that offers far more to its residents than some dumpy backwoods college town ever could (even if they worship football there). Miami is a beautiful city that offers a diverse range of things to do that smaller towns could never compete with. Miami's advantages are numerous:

1) Much larger economy & much better wealth creation opportunities
2) World-class beaches
3) Major international airport (you can travel easily to any part of the U.S., Latin America & the rest of the world)
4) Beautiful homes & apartments to live in (and averages home still offer good value)
5) Boating, fishing, top golf courses
6) Cultural diversity (not just a boring "wonderbread" environment)
7) The Arts (smaller towns can't offer even close to the same degree of culture)
8) Great shopping
9) World class nightlife in South Beach, Coconut Grove & elsewhere
10) Fabulous restaurants (Joe's Stone Crab and many more). Not everyone wants to eat fried hush puppies & fast food every day
11) Tremendous weather year round
12) Many other tremendous aspects too numerous to list

Dumb people would choose to live in a small, dumpy, rural backwoods place that offers nothing much other than football. That's way too basic, man.

While this is all true, how many of these do you think apply to college students or our athletes. Do you not think they can go to school in Tuscaloosa, Athens, etc. for three years, get developed as football players, get drafted in the top 2-3 rounds and then do all of these things from the age of 20-21 until the day the die? Until Miami has a coaching staff that knows what in the **** it is doing to develop guys and get them drafted in the top three rounds, none of this matters.
