It is? Everyone on staff Mario is putting together is as good or better at recruiting than t-rob.

Does it suck to lose him? Yes. Is he the only DB coach that can recruit? Absolutely not.

I'm sure Mario will hire a competent replacement. If that replacement isn't as great a recruiter, then he'll just step in and put in additional work to land the kid.

But I will say, Mario did have coordinators at Oregon to help him out...if only we were so lucky.

I think T rob signed a decent DB class but missed a lot also. I think we can find someone who is just as good.

Big fan of TRob but we blew him out of proportion because of how ****** our recruiting was before him

I would much rather have him on staff but I’m not concerned about him leaving

It's the timing that sucks .. not the guy leaving .. he was known as a potential "move on" guy. Just get the guy on the list (sure Mario has one) as his ideal replacement and consider actually hiring coordinators.
