- Manny didn't force Enos' hand throughout the year and make him tweak his scheme. Again, on the HC.
- Manny does the same thing on defense than Enos does on offense.....only brings his guys with him, no matter how under-qualified they are.
- Manny is just as underwhelming a recruiter as the rest of his staff. So if he's going to fire Rumph for CBs, why not himself, Baker or Patke after the recruiting fails at LB? Or Panda with the misses he's incurred?

Coaches who take no accountability and use players and other coaches as scapegoats end up gone themselves. Manny never comes out and says this is on him, he made mistakes, he failed his first year.....nothing. It's excuse after excuse after spin after verbal diarrhea.

Sad thing is, we have some players, at the most important position, that are simply not very bright football players. EVERYTHING about the program is rotten. Coaches, many players, AD, BOT, everything. I won't throw all the players under the bus, but that QB room was the saddest room in the whole building. I swear, Enos must have had to talk to these guys like this. "See WR. See WR run. Run WR, run! Throw WR the ball."
