I hate Kayaa more each game

He has definitely regressed, and getting hit as often as he has is definitely impacting him.

That said, I'd love for him to go out there and LEAD this team. No one who has ever been great has ever gotten there by being soft.

We need Kaaya to start making the big boy throws this team requires in crunch time.

I remember individual players getting worse each year under Randy and the has continued under Golden. Bad coaching makes worse. The good news is that this beat down and the growing awareness that team has been badly damaged by coaching reduses the chance that any of the fancy named coaches will take that job. Butch being the only one who will take it again is good insurance against the BOT ******** up again.

GIVE ME BUTCH OR GIVE ME DEATH!!

A solid coach will help him with his footwork and get him to step into his throws more. Not enough zip on some of the throws on the move or falling back. Confidence will help him too.

But the biggest things to help him will be a better Dline (less pressure if the D is better) and obviously better Oline.

LMFAO! @ everything has to be perfect for Kaaya to succeed.

Kaaya =s 12-11.

Kaaya =s first UM QB to lose to Cincy since WW2.

Kaaya =s starting QB in the worse drubbin' in UM history.

And He lost to FSU...TWICE!!!

That "attempted" fumble recovery was the final straw, get this ****** and his mom off this team.

****ing soft punk
Yeah, stick that cuncussed head in there you pu$$y.

Keep making excuses, if he's worried about being concussed, get the **** off the field.

He just not a leader, plain and simple. Speaking of *****, your boy Kayaa leads the pack. Soft *** chump

Exactly, apparently he needs 10 other first round picks to win.

Kaaya holds on tot he ball too long and doesn't throw the ball over the middle very well. Ken Dorsey was drafted in the 7th round and while he didn't have strong arm he was 10 times the QB as Kaaya as a Sophomore. Kaaya won't got higher than the 6th round if drafted at all. So far Kaaya's biggest accomplishment is having a good freshman season.

Kaaya doesn't throw the ball over the middle well? everyone needs to stop comparing everyone to Ken Dorsey, who played well, with many elite athlete around him. Ken didn't play to well though when his oline failed against OSU in the championship game.

Dorsey as much as I loved him didn't get touched once his junior or senior year and had #1 draft picks at every position. Just dumb comparison.

List the first round draft picks that started on offense in 01 and 02.

Andre Johnson
Bryant McKinnie
Jeremy Shockey
Kellen Winslow II
Willis McGahee
Vernon Carey

Dorsey's Junior Season

Andre Johnson
Bryant McKinnie - JR
Jeremy Shockey - SR

Dorsey's Senior Season
Andre Johnson - SR
Kellen Winslow II - SOPH
Willis McGahee - JR
Vernon Carey - RS SOPH

Point is he didn't have 1st round draft picks at every position. Heck in 2001 he only had 3 players from the state or Florida. Dorsey had 1 really good WR and 1 really good TE to throw too. Point is Brad Kaaya isn't better than Dorsey and Dorsey wen't in the 7th round, yet half this board talking as if he is going 1st round after his junior season. Kaaya may develop but at this point he isn't elite and based off his progression from year 1 to year 2 I don't see him developing into one.

BK has better physical tools but is nowhere near the player of KD

Not a coincidence that the porsters who complain about Kaaya can't even spell his name properly.

He should have been benched after he refused to dive for that ball in the first quarter. He is supposed to lead by example. 21-59 is what you get with that kind of leader.

And he is exceptionally slow. And he cried when Golden was fired. Time to roll with someone who wants to win.

Kaaya became the face of the Al Golden propaganda machine, in part perpetuated by even the administrators of this site.

He's a solid college QB. Not great, or a bust.

You don't hate him, you hate being terrible.

I agree with this and Dorsey was a 7th round pick, so the talk of Kaaya going in the first round needs to stop.

Y'all realize he is a TRUE SOPHMORE, right? I mean, this *** hole coach put the entire program and his coaching future on a 19 year old. Kid has held up well if you ask me. Are there 10 qbs in America that you would rather have? His completion percentage, yards and td/into ratio are all solid. And he is playing behind a fairly poor oline.

Is he superman, no. But he is **** good.

Amen, find me a ab that plays as well behind a worse oline

He hasn't progressed much from last season. His 3rd down conversation is some of the worst in the country and so is TD's in the red zone so yeah there are a lot of QB's I would prefer to Kaaya. He has only been sacked 10 times all season and some of those are on him for holding on to the ball way too long.

You're missing the point. His age and the coaching have little to do with his lack of heart. He is not willing to sacrifice anything to win. Dive for the **** ball. Oh, and work with a track coach in your spare time. 5.4 is pathetic.

I thought he should've sat for at least a series to get his head in the game.

This and this. Kaaya could be great. He's not Dorsey or Vinny etc etc, but he's got a chance to play at the next level if he can pick his game up. Just isn't there yet.
