Nothing to see here. I have buddies who work in the Logistics Department at Fedex dealing with Latin American freights flying in and out of Miami and there is currently nothing changed with the flight schedules and routes in accordance to "Hurricane Matthew", and there is no plan to change anything.

I deal with this here at the beach in NJ (as do you guys in Florida) all the time.
There are 36 different hurricane tracking models that the National Hurricane Center refers to.
If there's one that effects your area to be found, you know the local news will put it out there.

One day it'll be uncovered that along with the local news industry that the Home Depot/Lowes lobby in accord with The Grocers of America not only funded these 279 different hurricane tracking models but also actively paid to supress the advancements of meteorological science to more accurately predict the tracks of these storms.

Duct tape and bottled water lobbyists at work.

I'm in Guantanmo Bay Cuba, and I had my flight back to ft lauderdale on Monday changed to this Friday because of this storm. The base is tracking this tropical storm and is supposed to issue a formal warning tomorrow at noon. This may not affect Florida right now, but every model I have seen has it turning toward Florida similar to the original post. Hopefully it will veer east and not affect the game.
.

Check out windyty.com, pretty user friendly site for showing you the expected storm.

Unless I am missing something, this would hit Florida or the Bahamas way before the FSU game. And almost all of the models have it going east of us, so the dirty side would not be over us.
