How can you determine that he is talking about Reeder?

I live in Delaware and attended Reeder's high school (Salesianum).

Every time I watch that video I swear I want to go through this computer screen and punch NoD right in the face......

lmaooooo why is Williams sitting in the back like that???? I cannot believe that man was in charge of coaching one of the best talent producing positions at Miami. He looks like he should be fixing the projector and computers instead of offering his input on if the kid should get an offer.

Hurlie wants University of Miami caliber talent, I respect that!!

When I look at the recruiting commitments. Its great to see FSU with only one player from So FL. I think we have 3 from up north, and every player we have committed is from the state. That can do us good in the coming years. Even they should end up with Pie.

I would love to see a number of staff kept, but we all know that's not going to happen. Hurlie and Larry would get my vote if I could only vote for 2... As a matter of fact when we were closing with Mark Richt at the end of the OV my wife lobbied on both of their behalves. You can send Hurlie into the projects or the Suburbs and he will impress recruits and family members he has the gift of gab. Mike Barrow is who recruited Shaq, Mike and Zach... but it was Hurlie that held them together. I have to guess, but I bet he played a large role in Pat's decision. His are of the state is Northeast Florida... look how many he has been involved with in that area... How coached D. Owens brother at FIU, D. Owens was on his way to UGA... K Norton was on his way to UF... Shaq felt at home at UM because spending so much time on campus hanging out with D.O. he was apart of the team as a JR in HS...If D.O would have been at UGA... Shaq could have very easily assimilated up there.. and Nick would have more than likely followed those two... Larry is a great coach... he DEMANDs the best out of his kids. Going 4-1 should be his only needed testimony.. I can tell you guys.. that none of the staff is happy with winning 8 games... Hurlie was a National Champion they want to win every game and it kills them to lose... They have to be politically correct with talking with the media or to recruits.. How in the **** would it sound if they came out and said that we suck we only won 8 games had our *** handed to us by Clemson...come on man... I can't believe some here don't realize that... its common sense... If I were Richt most of the staff would be hand picked... but I would want some from the previous staff for transition purpose and some continuity.. We all shall find out here shortly... more than likely after the Bowl Game.

If you could pick 3 candidates to coach up your son at either the DC or LB positions who would they be? Obviously hoping for realistic candidates (aka not Ray Lewis).

The reason I ask is because I've read a lot about Kevin Sherrer being promoted to a DC role either here or UGA. He and Mike Ekeler were the LB coaches at UGA with Richt. Ekeler has some pretty good experience at Nebraska and USC before coming to UGA. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on these guys or anyone else you would love coaching up your son.

Melvin, Williams, Dorito, and Coley need to go. Hurlie needs to be the DB coach. If Richt is calling plays, I'd make Scott the OC. Lilly at TE.

Hurlie's a very likeable guy but if that **** that he was teaching at a recent clinic is his idea of good LB play then he's gotta go. I'm hoping that he was just relaying the techniques taught by Golden/D'Onofrio and it's not his understanding of football as well.

his actual logic is correct it's hard to coach and the best safeties played safety

The premise of what he was saying is spot on. No clue on the specific recruit or how he fits our scheme but watching that, it's hard to tell if No'D or Hurlie is correct. Seems like a real prick though.

My First Choice - Randy Shannon
My Second Choice - Kirk Olivadotti. .
He was Richt ILB coach at UGA for two season currently the LB coach for the Redskins..The Redskins fired their entire Def Staff in 2013..everybody but Olivadotti. .. He is alumni of St Thomas and his dad coached in the league for over 20 years.
My Third Choice - Michael Barrow.. he doesnt get much favor from the players cause he pushes hard and no nonsense kinda guy with him the do it right or do it again and again and again...he was like that with the HS kids during a camp..Hurlie needs to move back to the DBs more specific Safeties. ..should be a Safety coach and a Corner coach

Man, good call on Olivadotti. Totally forgot he coached at UGA with Richt. That's a really interesting name and one that might make sense especially considering how many positions he's coached. That family knows defense that's for sure.

I'd love to see what kind of staff that guy would bring considering how many connections he's got in the NFL.

If he can croot them goons.... Ill take an average coach at Inside LB...didnt he play DB anyway? Put him at DB coach

Hard to explain it all over the computer.

One of my least favorite quotes was...

"We tell our linebackers, you don't look at that WR until the ball is thrown! You play your zone and then you look for the WR when the ball leaves the QB's hands."

Really? LOL. That explains why our LB's look like trash in pass coverage.

True. I'm okay with that.

look up Colby reeder...kids from this year's class because it was added in May and he was playing safety last year

Not for nothing but having followed the fins in the 80s and 90s, I want no part of any olivadotti on this staff. Lol
