Hunter Wells, Gray Crow, D'Mauri Jones

OL depth chart appears to be:

lt darling - jones
lg gall - st. louis
c linder - knighton
rg isidora - gauthier
rt mcdermott - odogflu

wells, milo, grimsley, mahoney, loftus, brown are missing in action
Golden said there was a rotation of 12 he is mixing and matching to still find the starters. Im guessing wells is one of the twelve based on context clues.

That's a good thing. 3 are true freshman and two are not very good.

Earl Moore is another guy who is buried underneath a pile of rubble.

Norton and McIntosh have seemingly overtaken he and Hamilton.

Crow
Wells
Jones
Moore
Hamilton

Well you see, Crow showed around 227, 228lb, we need him at 222,223lb
Moore has been working his tail off, he's currently at 302, 303lb
Hamilton needs to keep fighting, he's currently at 277,278
Jones has been, you know, working hard, he's currently at 103,104lb

As someone already mentioned, no point in getting rid of Wells now since he is a Sr, and MAYBE contributes this season. As for Crow and Jones, keep them on the roster this season, then, before next year, you can politely let them know that they have been here 4 years and that it is time to move on (especially if they have the credits to graduate).

Still holding out hope for Jelani Hamilton, Earl Moore, and Jake O'Donnell, but if they don't contribute this season, they might also be asked to move on before next season.

Disagree on Wells. Kick his *** off the team and give his practice reps to Gauthier or Milo. Would rather those kids made the travel squad and practice with the offense while some other slapdick walk-ons comprise the scout team OL.

If Cager/Langham aren't ready to contribute now, then D'Mauri Jones has a place on this roster for redzone situations.

I would consider his roster spot as a camp and see kinda deal... In other words, this is a big contract camp for this guy.

A lot of SEC schools will cut kids who are not good enough to earn time by their 3rd year. I've never been a fan of this. Once you recruit a kid, if he wants to stay at UM and earn his degree he should never be cut due to athletic performance. If the kid takes care of bidnizz in the classroom and stays out of trouble, then its on the coaching staff to eat that scholarship and/or make the kid productive. Of course, the 5th year is up to the coaches.

I also think its important for coaches to communicate effectively to a kid about his place in the program. If a kid isn't going to see time and wants to, the coaches should help him find a spot on a 1AA or D2 roster.

There's more to running a program than just winning games. Its just tough to admit this nowadays because we have a coaching staph that doesnt seem to get the winning part, AT ALL.

If the guy is on the 2 deep, hasn't graduated and/or is a good kid on and off the field, you can't cut him. If you're 3rd string, a soph/junior and you're a malcontent, you're probably gonna get "cut".

Wanted to include every scholarship player. Do you have a f-kin problem with that?

Again bro, Why do you care?

You said that this program won't get a single dollar of yours, but yet you are the first one to post every morning.
