Wow, that takes me way way back. Somebody had all of the threads saved when the buyout happened. It would be hilarious to look back at all the Butch bashing. I was right back then, and still am lol.

Think I found Grassy around '97. Kinda like how I am now on CIS, I didn't post much when I first started but eventually got into it and got into traveling to games with da old crew. Met Grassy (Bryan) and Bakas and Bomb and some others out in Cali for the 2002 Rose Bowl and we had an absolute blast (the best was sitting with Shockey and his Oklahoma friends at a bar near UCLA on New Year's night just before da big game)! Have a cool pic at da tailgate that probably has a lot of you cool cats in it!

Back on Grassy I used to setup a live stream of the games for peeps overseas and at work (before the days of ESPN3/WatchESPN and YouTube and all dat). Good times!

Joined Grassy in '98' --- was ace64 --- the "64" was the year I entered UM grad school (math major) and became a fan.

Pretty much stayed on the premium boards and my main contribution was Ace's War Room.

Stayed until they turned out the lights
