What’s amazing is how all of the usual suspect “non-racist” hit dogs who are hollering in the comments and reactions refused to answer my simple question. Two questions that have gone unanswered for 6 years now. While y’all continue to try to hide behind me, the persistence in ignoring this question gives you away every time.

I’ll answer your question. When I first read the story, I was surprised it wasn’t an Asian woman driving the car.

I dont even feel the need to discuss color in here. ******** on the tarmac are just ********. Drunk driving is a general problem in the western world, about a third of all deaths in traffic is apparently linked to drunk driving.

I dont get why color even has to be brought. It literally plays no role and if some right-wing supporting ******* writes it on his little twitter page, so be it.

I just want to see is how he pleads. If he has the audacity to go in front of a judge and plead "not guilty" then he hasn't learned a **** thing and has no remorse. He should be given the maximum. I mean, how can he claim that he is not guilty? Was it the woman's fault for filling up her tank? If there was very little fuel in the tank, then she might be alive today. Was it Uber's fault for having surge pricing that evening? Was it Toyota's fault for not engineering a vehicle that can withstand a 127mph impact?

If he mans up and pleads guilty and throws himself at the mercy of the court, then have some leniency. If not, then cage him like an animal for 40 years. He'll be released, pending parole, at 62, flat broke. He's earned about $10.5mil so far from the Raiders but most of that is from his $9.7mil signing bonus. Raiders might go after that and if they don't, the victim's family will seize it after they file a wrongful death suit. And let's not forget about attorney's fees. Worth 8 figures at 22 years old, then worth $0 after serving 40 years in prison. What an idiot.

He won’t plead guilty. His lawyers will allege a car malfunction or even that Tina Tintor was somehow in the wrong by swerving or switching lanes. It will be despicable, but that’s what will happen. He will also be sued in civil court for millions. He will be broke or close to it even if he serves just 5-10 years. And he’s not eligible for an NFL pension, either. Deserves everything he gets, that video of him and his girlfriend after the crash is sickening. Fvck Henry Ruggs.
 
Play stupid games (frequently speeding in excess of 100 mph in a residential areas, and drinking and driving), win stupid prizes (kill someone, 20-40 years in jail, and millions in civil penalties).

Sorry, you don’t have to be a brain surgeon to know you shouldn’t be driving 150+ mph after getting blasted. The poor girl burned alive. They need to make an example out of him and his behavior. He deserves what is coming to him.

I read somewhere or heard something about the muscles dont tighten when you are drunk like they do when you are sober, just before something happens, making it so you dont get injured as often.

That is true but most cars are built to withstand front-end crashes than rear-end or from the side. That’s the main reason why.

Prosecutors just added two more felony counts and a misdemeanor on behalf of Ruggs' girlfriend who was a passenger in the car.....

I’m not judging though. I sometimes speed myself and I’ve gotten up around 100, shame on me though. Nothing to brag or be proud of. It’s hard not to though, especially on the turnpike, you’ll get a group of cars going 80 to 90 and I’ll just settle in at that speed, which is stupid.
