He won’t plead guilty.

I gotta disagree here. The likelihood that he eventually pleads guilty to lesser charges as part of a plea agreement is extremely high. I don't think this one will go to trial. His lawyers know that their client is cooked if they take this one in front of a jury. They'll advise him to plead guilty to some of the counts and settle for 25 years, which means he'll be out in 18-20.
