You don’t need to publicly say the rip part. Are you running for office?I just don't understand. We have Lyft, Uber's, taxi's and other options out here now, how/why are people still drinking and driving? I know some people are "fine" after having a few drinks. But is it worth it? Get a DD if you don't want to leave your vehicle somewhere over night. Find an alternative! You are literally risking other lives, as well as your own!
EDIT: Meant to say this before posting, but also at work and was distracted. May that person rest in peace.
Maybe. Leonard Little's and Dionte Stallworth's weren't
$60 bucks and a limo service takes you anywhere in Vegas! No excusesJust wow. Doesn't the NFL have a car service for this exact scenario (not that he needs that with Uber)? I just don't know how ANYONE, let alone millionaires, do this ****.
the NFLPA has a number on the back of their card that is to a car service anywhere in America.$60 bucks and a limo service takes you anywhere in Vegas! No excuses
a prop gun.... lol..What possible charges would you want for Alec Baldwin? He was on a movie set shooting, so he was told by the team, a prop gun.
That's a tragic situation but absolutely not on him.
Yeah, he’s 100% in cuffs at some point if his name isn’t Baldwin. Anyone who handles guns knows this. It’s a really sad story, one that should never occur.a prop gun.... lol..
100% on him. but not gonna waste time explaining myself other than who points a gun at someone and pulls the trigger as if they were playing?
he will probably be charged with some type of negligent homicide, negotiated down to a lesser charge and sued to oblivion in civil court.
It's ****** all around. You can feel empathy for both parties. Ruggs ****ed up significantly, and it cost a life. Ruggs is probably feeling like the ****tiest person in the world and knows he's got a long road of **** ahead of him.My man, I am more than likely alot older than you. And yes, I got a DUI at 21 years old. And yes, I was young and dumb at the time when I did. Hes 22 years old. Sending him to jail for life and throwing away the key is what I know many of you want just like you wanted for Tae Williams. But I am sympathetic to this kid. Let him do his time, pay up to the family in civil court, and let him move on with his life hoping hes learned a valuable lesson. Maybe he can restart his career in a few years if hes lucky.
And I am absolutely sympathetic to whoever this persons loved ones are too. They will get their justice in legal court and civil court.
This is pretty much the correct response.I just don't understand. We have Lyft, Uber's, taxi's and other options out here now, how/why are people still drinking and driving? I know some people are "fine" after having a few drinks. But is it worth it? Get a DD if you don't want to leave your vehicle somewhere over night. Find an alternative! That was my thinking. I'm pretty sure the organizations have a lot of transportation at their fingertips.the NFLPA has a number on the back of their card that is to a car service anywhere in America.
No, private cars only.I see everybody mentioning ride shares, do celebrities actually use them? Genuinely curious. I would think in a world where everything is recorded, videos put online, that wouldn't be ideal for intoxicated celebrities.
If you have money like Ruggs does (or did), you could even hire a car service esp in Vegas where they just sit outside hotels and leave your car overnight at the hotel. you don't even need to go through normal ride shares. they said he was w a girl. maybe he went out to dinner met a girl decided to party and were headed back. at that moment, you leave your car wherever (who cares if its towed) and get the private car set up. the worst he'd be doing today is being hungover and that victim would be at home hanging outI see everybody mentioning ride shares, do celebrities actually use them? If he gets 2, the Raiders will probably take him back and make him captainthis happened in nevada and nevada classifies dui with deadly crash as a category b felony - depending on the conviction, ruggs is either getting two years in jail or 20.
DUI Causing Injury or Death in Nevada - NRS § 484C.430
In Nevada, it is a class B felony to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs and thereby cause another to suffer substantial bodily injury or death.www.shouselaw.com
True, but I think the NFL has a service where they provide drivers for their players. You know those drivers are heavily vetted and well compensated.I see everybody mentioning ride shares, do celebrities actually use them? Genuinely curious. Wouldn't be surprised if they were under contract. Non disclosure agreements and all.True, but I think the NFL has a service where they provide drivers for their players. You know those drivers are heavily vetted and well compensated.
Trending in society is to get closer to the max than the minimum. If he gets 2, the Raiders will probably take him back and make him captain
