Golden Wins Out and I will eat Crow

Exactly like i said you swallowers have nothing. Was Shannon's contract extended for 5 extra years? When a company extends a contact it means they are happy with that employee. Keep trying swallowers, Golden is for the long haul.

Yall make say some crazy stuff listen instead of yall busy tearing down our coaching staff yall should be busy coming up with ways to RALLY behind this team as we prepare for a HUGE rival game we should be trying to showcase our great fan base to our incoming class of 2015 recruits and future recruits we have to do wow better as fans then seat around moaning about this win or that loss or this excuse or that excuse **** leave it alone man. Its ALL very pointless man SUPPORT that **** team and the coaching staff some of yall fans need to go support another university because our team is truly trending up with a coach who truly care about his platers and care about this university lets get out and prepare for this dog fight we bout to enter in because "its not the size of the dog but the bite of the dog" everything gets thrown out the window come Nov.15 ranking doesn't matter talent doesn't matter its going to be on when that overrated team from north florida come into Dade county lets Go Canes and Coach Golden and staff Real canes fans stand up!!!!!!

Please shut up. I spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to go to games and donate to the athletic program to see the coach who gets paid a million plus in the hottest recruiting ground in the country fail miserably because he wants to bring his penn state style down to miami like they didn't know how to play championship football down there.

I still support the players and i still support the school. no one has to support a coach ever. especially a selfish, arragont, ******* like golden who doesnt give a shid about the players when he was trying to bail out to his alma mater.

stfu Golden deserves all of this heat.
If the players just flat out suck, we get that. if they just dont have the attitude, we get that.

but golden himself has admitted that this is his team and everyone has bought in to his plan.

He has failed these boys terribly and good fans make sure he fixes it or gtfoh!

not sit back and blindly support him destroying the boys health and potential careers.
 
5, what difference does it make who i am? How does that change the facts that the University extended Golden's contract? Golden is not going anywhere and all the crying ,screaming,*****ing and childish tantrums will change that. Was the University forced to extend Al's contract? They did it because they felt Al deserved the extension. Al had to clean up Shannon's mess and it is obvious that those in the know are pleased with the progress.

Youre talking in circles and contradicting yourself. As long as fans keep screaming and crying golden is gone. Fan bases crying is the only reason coaches get fired. The coach could lose every **** game in a season but if the fanbase is still happy and selling out the stadium the admin won't change shid. Its all about the mulah. and the fans = mulah.

al didnt have to clean up shannons mess. He was cleaning up the mess shannon was still trying to clean up from cokers crap.

Just say you like al golden. Admit you care about him more than the school and the players.

How come not one swallower can provide a link or proof Al is in trouble. From the University or anyone who does the hiring and firing. Good luck proving something that you can't. Get on board swallowers Al is the man and you boys should be kissing his ***. Shannon was never going to represent the school long because it is an institution of higher learning and you have to be able to put words together to make sentences. Example: We played a lot freshmen's today and they do good.

Fat face, With all that money and boasting and BOT support, why have you not submitted your name for the coaching job? Next question,How did you and your so called trustees and all your pull allow this coach to get hired in the first place? What a hypocrite, you say you are on the board and have all this pull and yet none of you had enough pull to stop the University from hiring the Temple coach? It seems Donna and the University could give one rats *** what you and your make believe BOT buddies think.
 
This thread is hilarious. No matter what happens against FSU next week, Golden will be the HC next year unless he leaves on his own. He is really starting to build something here, so I doubt highly he leaves.

Anyone who says fans must support a coach can go **** themselves.

There are three groups of people that make a team. Sure there are other personel, but for the most part there are three core groups.

1. Players
2. Fans
3. Coaches


Without any one of those groups, you don't have a team.

There is one big difference between the first two of those groups and the third.

Fans and players GIVE to a program. Coaches TAKE. I do not support the coaches no matter what. I support the fans no matter what unless they're telling others that they must support the coaches. I support the players no matter what.
 
If we perform like we are capable of and give FSU the fight of their lives, like ND did, I will be confident that this program is turning around.
This is a young coaching staff and have been waiting to see growth from the HC. If he shows the ability to grow and change (if he admits it or not in public) I will be thrilled and he is the guy to get this done. Golden is young and stubborn, not stupid.

I can't believe there are people this naive.

Being young and stubborn is an excuse for a 17 year old marrying his high school sweetheart, not a 45 year old man making 2 million dollars a year. OJT isn't in effect, there is no learning curve. 28-18(16-13), that's bad, like really really bad. I'll gladly eat crow if we beat Fsu, but I'm really not expecting it.
 
Nothing I can't deal with less than the "results are results are results" perspectives.

If you can't put results into perspective, you're going to consistently find yourself wading through the bull**** created by the manipulation of often irrelevant numbers. In any case, Golden has not been successful on any objective measure, yet, other than off-the-field handling of the NCAA mess. If we're talking about on-the-field success, his teams have made less talented look superior and have outright lost to virtually any team with equal or superior talent.

The measure of a good coach, in my estimation, is to do a little more with less. To put pieces together and get more than what would be expected of the individual parts. Up to this point, that has not yet been shown. Like I've said throughout, it's not personal to Golden for me. I'd accept sustainable results (with proper context) from virtually anyone. It'd make it easier to get us back to winning meaningful games.
