I think he means Coley is being offered a demotion and can either take it or leave it.

The talk did not go well and it looks like Coley won't be taking it.

Reading the latest Jackson buzz in the Herald, Coley wants to stay in Miami because of family.

That's the part of the equation these dudes don't get. They think these coaches operate in fantasyland. Coley is a Miami guy if there ever was one. And I'm sure his wife is a Miami chick. His kids are Miami kids. This dude ain't running off to Bowling Green Ohio to be the new OC just because they let him call plays.

He'll be here unless there's absolutely no place to put him or the suggested role change is too drastic to stomach like a bust down to RB coach. If Richt lets him be passing game coordinator or something like that he ain't going anywhere.
