Speaking of Kelly, why wouldn’t Florida take a shot with him? And before yall say anything, Florida hasn’t done anything in the last 15 years to act like they’re above hiring someone LSU fired, especially a coach that went 34-14 there.

What has Kelly don’t but underachieve the last 15 years . The goal is to try to win championships not be mediocre on a washed up head coach who failed . They would be better off getting a new coach who never been a head coach who’s a proven oc or dc who can recruit at a high level

Bama loses to Auburn this weekend. Some gomer burns down DeBoer’s house and he bolts on the first flight to State College. Bama hires Lane about a millisecond later leaving LSU and Ole Miss to get in a bidding war over who gets to bring back Ed Orgeron. Florida ends up hiring Jedd Fisch but nobody there even notices because half the fanbase committed ritual suicide when Lane went to Bama. And this, friends, is how the SEC finally falls apart.

I guess we’ll see when the facts come out.

Sully is very well-known for this kind of thing. He got suspended for three games and had to issue an apology to an opposing team at a regional last year for screaming obscenities at their AD and field staff. He also got into a screaming match with ECU players and told them to shove their whiteboard up their ***. Everyone, even the Gators, said, yup, sounds like Sully. He has been doing this stuff his entire career and Florida puts up with it because he wins.

But baseball was one of the few sports where they hadn’t had a scandal or issue under Stricklin yet. It was the last major sport to not have an issue under him. It will be interesting to see how they deal with this.

My Gator pals are disgusted by the thought of Fisch.

They'll literally say "Hes good at finding and developing your Qb. He gonna put numbers up on offense. He wins big games. But...

Meanwhile, Fisch is literally a Gator alum who apprenticed with Spurrier.
