I know people have heard that cause I’ve heard that rumor too but from what I know, it’s fact that they’re there, but it was also more because they wanted their kids to finish high school where they were because they had been moved around a lot so I don’t really know that it’s valid and from what I understand he has been quoted directly as addressing that. Now whether that’s spin or not, I leave it to you.

Agreed but I think it goes beyond that. I mentioned it earlier, but from folks who would know, it’s the personality and inability to be a politician with donors too.

Lane has toned it down a bit but he’s still an unapologetic prick. I don’t have a problem with that but Alabama fans, who want to be lied to, might. Nick Saban is as big of a piece of **** in coaching as there is but he had Alabama fans believing he was the most honest man in America because he told them what they want to hear.

I REALLY hope he ends up at LSU. But Lane has always had a boner for UF. On top of that he would 100% tell Ole Miss he's staying and LSU that he's signing, all while planning to go to UF the whole time.

I think UF wants the snake in the grass version of Lane. Him leaving Ole Miss and LSU with their ****s in their hands would certainly set the tone for his tenure.
