I genuinely think they’ll go whale hunting and end up with Fisch. Which he’d be an improvement on Saturdays but I’m not sure how he’d do recruiting wise.

The only way they get Lane, imo, is if they miss the CFP.

I don’t want them to get either but I think I’d rather it be Lane as well if I have to choose between them. I think Brohm is that good.

It would take something monumental for him to leave Louisville. I only know this because my father-in-law is Louisville alum and plugged in there

I really think UF should be looking at Alex Golesh also, but I understand after Napier. I am very surprised Fische isn't a finalist. I wasn't high on him as a OC here, but he has won me over.

The only thing I could ever see him leaving for would be the pros. Everyone has that one job, and he’s at his rn. Crazier things have happened, but they seem committed to doing right by him which is always 95% of the battle.

Yeah. He hasn't exactly embraced the Louisiana area/people and is being stubborn about the offense. Plus Freeman is recruiting at a much higher level than he ever did at ND while kelly always blamed academic requirements
 
All of those coaches were successful though at their previous stops. They don’t forget how to coach. The Gators have an athletic dept problem(at least when it comes to football) it seems. Is it that they don’t spend $$$ ?
