I had that T-Shirt!! Must’ve been 1990 or so.We used to have this design on a t-shirt, probably 25 years ago I'm guessing. Haven't seen it in a long time.

ICONIC.I had that T-Shirt!! Must’ve been 1990 or so.
Rockne, Lombardi, and Saban?! Most gaytors believe their program demands these coaches!Alright who is on florida's short list?
You forgot Bear Bryant.Rockne, Lombardi, and Saban?! Most gaytors believe their program demands these coaches!
No offense, but Urb didn't build a damned thing. That team was built by the Zooker. He also slid into Traessel's team at OSU. He's never built anything, except a stinky fingerI agree with the original post. You see the look on his face after we beat his ***? I think he would crumble under the weight of that job, specifically the insane expectations.
The Gators think they are still handing over the program Meyer built, when in fact they are four dumpster fires removed from him. They're "Gators" in name only, and they do not have the money advantage anymore, now that the SEC invited the Texans into the conference to go alongside the Bama, AU, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, etc.
You're joking right? I'm no Urban apologist, but that claim is feloniousNo offense, but Urb didn't build a damned thing. That team was built by the Zooker. He also slid into Traessel's team at OSU. He's never built anything, except a stinky finger
That’s a very very good rant!!!I respectfully disagree.
They are not “gators“ in name only. You say this as if their name carries some weight. It doesn’t.
This is who they are. This is what they do.
They are a couple of successful years sandwiched inside a century of an underperforming suck-a-thon.
They are the undisputed champions of underperformance. They are clearly the most underperforming team in the history of college football.
That is their history. That is their legacy. That is their brand.
In the history of college football, no team has ever done less with more. The “flagship“ University in the most fertile recruiting ground in the country and they have been falling flat on their faces for 100 years. Look at when they won their first SEC championship. Look at when they first won their first national championship. It’s pathetic.
They will continue on this path of failure for our entire lifetime. Why? Because this is what they do. This is who they are. It will not matter who they hire as their next coach. He will fail.
The gator brand is failure, and it always will be.
Dead seriousYou're joking right? I'm no Urban apologist, but that claim is felonious
Wow, I just had to quote this, that was as sweet as it was salty!I respectfully disagree.

At Florida alone he recruited: Tebow, Pouncey twins, Harvin, Spikes, Riley Cooper, Joe Haden, Cam Newton, Serial killer Aaron Hernandez, Dunlap, Major Wright, and about 5 other first rounders. Just do a quick google searchDead serious
That’s a very very good rant!!!
oh please explain , you sound cluelessDead serious
I don't care that much but he won his first NC with Chris Leak, with Teeblow as his back-up. Ron Zook was a bad coach but a good recruiter. He left Urban with a lot of talent.I don't care that much but he won his first NC with Chris Leak, with Teeblow as his back-up. Urb by NO means walked into an empty cupboard
Yeah, that first NC was mostly with Zook's folks for sure, then faked chest pain when Saban began beating his ***. He also had the colloquial "brain leak" when at Ohio St?I don't care that much but he won his first NC with Chris Leak, with Teeblow as his back-up. Urb by NO means walked into an empty cupboard
Kiffin not going to UFReally don't think it'll be Golesh. UF knows they need to get this one right. Kiffin, Franklin, Gruden, they're looking at everybody.
Kiffin not going to UF
Big game James would be great because he can’t win big games
Gruden would be in over his head with recruiting and NIL… college game is 365 days a year…plus his wife is a Tennessee alum and his son.. In all honesty the Titans should hire him
Gruden would be an unmitigated disaster, which is why I’m pulling for him. But I give him less than a 1% chance of even being a serious candidate.
I have a sense that they’re gonna throw everything, including the kitchen sink, at Kiffin. Whatever happens, they’ll **** it up. You can count on it.
