“Dream Scenario”???
I don’t GAF if we’d hire Satan as our coach, I would never root for UF/FSU to crush us just to replace him…
“Dream Scenario”???
He wants to have a good season while the coach get fired lol. Can’t have both bruh
Edit: Only 13, as the guy said you were responding do they had a pick 6 and one of the FGs came off the INT where they only got like 13 yards, so 10 points based on actual lengthy, normal drives. USF scored more against UF in the swamp than LSU did.And LSU only scored 20 points in a game where they had FIVE interceptions. Not impressed with the offense at all.
Well, I get what you’re saying, but LSU as a team scored 20 points in the game. I’m not really just looking at just one group v. the other (even though I know I did focus on offense more originally). My point was that, given the high number of interceptions Lagway threw in the game, LSU should have scored more than 20 points overall if they were really worth their Top 5 ranking. Whether they came from the offense, the defense, the special teams, or a combination of all three is secondary to the main point.Edit: Only 13, as the guy said you were responding do they had a pick 6 and one of the FGs came off the INT where they only got like 13 yards, so 10 points based on actual lengthy, normal drives. oh I see your point and yes agreed on that front. I was all for knocking them down, they scored less than USF, looked awful against their cupcake school, and barely beat a Clemson team that now people are saying isnt very good. So they barely beat 3 bad schools. Defense is overrated after playing bad offensive schools and offense is bad. I was at the game and every LSU fan after was not happy. Boring game, boring game plan, and all were saying how do we only score 20 with 5 tds, meanwhile the one UF fan I talked to was astonished that after 5 INTs they only lost by 10.Well, I get what you’re saying, but LSU as a team scored 20 points in the game. No it's not.Talent is there but Napier, since he’s the OC, makes stuff SOOO hard for us offensively. Getting a first down is a struggle lol.
Who’s “Gumbs”?? Is Graham insulting Billy with that nickname?
I'm watching it now. 10 of LSU's 20 points came from Lagways's interceptions. At no point did i said it was a easy win. Also i am agreeing that LSU offense did nothing. They also did nothing against LA Tech at Home and Clemson who just got best by GT. LSU is averaging 345 yards per game. Which then makes me question, is UF defense over powering or is LSU offense just terrible? My thought is its somewhere in between.
LSU found out today that Nussmeier has a torso injury that kept him from finishing his throws or put any zip on the ball…probably has a little to do with why he looked like dog doo doo last Saturday.I actually do think LSU doesn’t deserve to be a top 5 team. Said it in the rankings thread yesterday. Their O hasn’t looked great so far, and they’ve played the following:
v. Clemson, won 17-10
v. LA Tech, won 23-7
v. UF, won 20-10
Let’s look at some of their stats too, shall we?

LSU’s offense is currently sitting at #94, while their defense is #25.
Florida’s offense, comparatively, is #67, and their defense is 28. To my original point on a previous page, however, Florida’s defense has played the #86 and 94 offense (LIU was not even available in the rankings, so that’s all you need to know). LSU’s defense has played the #109, 104, and 67 offenses. (And yes, those are in order of schedule.)
[Btw, our offense is 22 and defense is 38.]
So no, I am not impressed with LSU, and yes, they are fraudulent until proven otherwise. Right now they remind me of our 2017 team. We have played much tougher competition and dominated in all facets of the game. Stop it.
Yes, Lagway is definitely still hurt. His throwing motion and mechanics look very different compared to Spring 2024. There were some rumors that a trainer he had from high school may have been that “second opinion” too, and he also has several other injuries. It’s a mess.oh I see your point and yes agreed on that front. FWIW he said he knows someone on the UAA and he is a die hard but said there was some contention in the offseason, UF wanted DJ to get surgery on his shoulder, Lagway's dad went and got second opinions who said it may heal naturally and dad didnt want the surgery so they didnt but now DJ is apparently playing through some pain. Makes NO sense for some of his decisions but likely explains his weird mechanics and inability to drive the ball.
Also said the names he is hearing the UAA kicking around about reaching out to are Kiffen and Lashlee.
What about the other two games?LSU found out today that Nussmeier has a torso injury that kept him from finishing his throws or put any zip on the ball…probably has a little to do with why he looked like dog doo doo last Saturday.
