So, if you guys are in the mood for a stupendous laugh. Check out the Through The Smoke podcast "Behind Enemy Lines: Florida Gators"

I don't know who the 247 guy is for them, but Whole. E. S##t is he a homer. Everything that Billy Napier has done since last season is and every player has taken a huge step forward. Then, to end his gratuitous takes, he says they're going 8-4 with playoff consideration because of their schedule. I turned it off with a few minutes left after that.

They have a few but I believe it was Jacob Rudner on the Lake podcast who said something about getting playoff consideration if they go 8-4.

Did this fan/attorney really say no sanctions were imposed over the Rashada recruitment when in the middle of investigating the NCAA sent a letter in UF halting the investigation due to the TN ruling? That is like saying on day 8 of a 9 day Ted Bundy trial that Ted has never been incarcerated or found guilty of murder.

Yeah. "No sanctions were EVER imposed". That...may or may NOT be true, we shall see.

Also, correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Rashada suing over some type of breach of contract? Whether or not anything was in compliance with the NCAA has nothing to do with offering a contract and then saying “just kidding” once the player signs.

Actually...no.

No breach of contract, at least of his $13.85 million NIL contract with Florida.

There are other charges of fraudulent inducement and tortious interference with his MIAMI contracts, though.

Interesting stuff, and an approach that opens up the possibility of punitive damages.
