There's def truth to that too.

The issue with Mike White we had with him was also from a perspective that he wasn't good at developing talent (only one drafted player that HE recruited to UF) is ridiculous. Never could get he offense going too

If Golden can get the talent I think he’ll be fine. He’s ahead of the curve when it comes to college coaches and playing modern basketball. Most of these prehistoric coaches married to their systems need to die out. College basketball is a dying sport anyways

Lol no it's not. Yes I am aware that few players go to Europe etc before NBA but that is a very small percentage.

The quality is undoubtedly worsening each year and the larger than life personality coaches who the sport has been built around over the last 30 years are all at the end of their careers, with none of the new guys having the types of personalities to captivate people on the same level. We can agree to disagree though.

Their fake insider "QueJay" fake owns "three" Chick Fil-As in Central Florida, even though (a) you don't actually own the stores, corporate CFA does, and (b) he claims "ownership" of at least 2 other stores that are actually operated by family members, but he provided the $10K fee for those stores.

Thus, "nuggies" or "nuggets". Even though his nuggets are stale and have no sauces.

People need to stop with "Deejay's ace". That was a recruit that legitimately gave a verbal commit in front of people, and then didn't follow through. It happens.

Silent commits are for real. Let's not pretend that even a signed LOI is permanent, we have a couple of guys on the UM roster who got out of signed LOIs with other schools. And with the Portal now, not even "enrollment" is permanent either.

Relax dude it’s an ongoing joke for a recruit who never came public. It doesn’t matter if it is real or not. Yes players make silent commits, but you just made my point if it is not made public there is less of a chance the recruit actually signs with us. If you are all about a school make your commitment public and start to recruit for that program like Antonio Tripp has been doing.

I know exactly what it is. And it was 10 years ago. And it was once.

You just made my point about people continuing to repeat the same stuff over and over and over again, regardless of how things have changed.

You are trying to compare a silent verbal to a public verbal. Why so negative? How about you compare a "silent verbal" to a "no verbal". I'd be willing to bet you that there is MORE of a chance that a recruit actually signs with us if he gives us a silent verbal rather than a no verbal.

Commitments are on a continuum. Not everyone chooses to be a class ambassador like Tripp is. For the record, how did it work out for F$U and THEIR class ambassador, Travis Hunter?

It's not you personally, I'm just tired of 2 decades of mopey mopers, who feel compelled to "keep it real" by being negative about every possible subject.

Now let's get back to the Gaytor tears, as we remind ourselves that WE beat Auburn by 18...
