I said months ago the offense would suck. I expect Mullets heaviest running team ever with no stud RB. Who are these magical additions that will make the offense better than the bowl game? Emory can't hit a barn door replacing the overrated Trask who your whole fan base said should win the trophy 3/4 through the season. The 5 star PSU WR who hasn’t done squat to replace Toney? Bowman who was lost at Clemson to take over for already mediocre RBs? Who’s taking over for Pitts? Your OL has a worse chance than UM's to be elite.

I remember all this “well Florida lost 4 WR’s” heading into last year along with “Toney hasn’t shown he can be an every down WR” and “Grimes is so overrated” and now fast forward another year it’s “well what will UF do at WR now”? News flash, Billy G is a very good WR coach who’ll have the WR core coached up. Copeland will step up, same with X and Whittmore. TE no one will replace Pitts by themselves but it’ll be a replacement by committee situation with Gamble and Zipperer. And are we talking about the same Pitts folks on this board was calling overrated and that Brevin is better? That guy? Listening to yall, we shouldn’t have any issues with replacing him then. And give me a break with Emory can’t pass talk. And Trask was overrated? Yea ok. A 2nd rounder and a guy who was a top 5 Heisman finalist was overrated? Ridiculous but expected. And the RB’s will be better as will the OL. The offense will be fine. Will it be doninant? Doubtful but it’ll get the job done.

So our offense will suck and suck will be Muschamp and McElwain level bad? Ok, I’ll remember that. We def will revisit it after the season. Bookmark this post

oh hush. If defending my team with some FRIENDLY rivalry trash talk is “showing my true Gator colors”, then so be it. Nothing football wise bad has happened surprisingly so there aint much for me to rag on. I’m not even going to speak on the clown show that was our bball team yesterday or Mike White’s extension; I’m trying not to drink

You are justifying the offense being fine by using what Trash, Pitts, Toney, Grimes did last season and the fact that some people doubted them.

And no, what I’ve said in this thread and in other threads is regardless of how you feel about Mullen, he’ll get the most out of his offense and the Gator offense will be fine under him. Dude knows how to scheme and call plays (sometimes to own his downfall of being too arrogant as a playcaller) to maximize the strengths of his players offensively.

Good luck with your “elite WRs coach.” Copeland isn’t on Van level let alone Toney. I said Toney was the most explosive playmaker on UFs team 2 seasons ago. Mullet was too stupid to give him the ball back in 19. He had no choice last season.

I never thought Brevin was a 1st round TE. He wasn’t big or fast enough. Still, he had better production in his career than Pitts. Brevin will be a good pro. I question how hard Pitts will work once he gets paid. There’s no question Brevin will play his heart out. Pitts has to make up for Julio Jones production now. Pitts isn’t Julio Jones.

We will see exactly what happens with all these Turds that got over drafted. History shows you NEVER draft a **** in round one. The highest bust rate of any school in the country almost every year.

The delusional UF fan base was saying Trask had the trophy in the bag. They failed to realize the obvious of losing games to close out the season. One thing I know for certain is Trask will never amount to more than a clip board holder in the NFL. That dumb decision by the Bucs could potentially cost them another SB run. I appreciate the honesty. We’ll see man. One thing is for sure is we’ll find out quick with Bama coming week 3 to the Swamp. That’s going to answer A LOT of questions.

You seem reasonable and I don’t have a problem with your posts in general but not in this thread. This is not a fair and just corner of our board, it’s freakin Gator Tears. You don’t like it then leave. We are not in this thread to debate
