I do mine on a contraption I bought from an outdoors store. Pour the beer inside the tube add some garlic and lemons and let it go for about an hour fifteen. Shove a lemon wedge in the neck hole to keep the steam in as well.

Which outdoors store? Bass pro?

I've never been impressed with beer can chicken. Huli huli, berbere, or even spicy Korean fire chicken are better to me. Maybe I just need the seasoning.

I’ve never been outside of NOLA there and that was in the 90’s. You must’ve driven by some crazy set ups in the bayou?

Oh yea..they take a 50 gallon drum ,cut it in half and put a hinge on it...bingo..new grill.

Believe it or not the Cajuns around here can cook some mean meats on these grills...

I always thought that Gator was tough as shoe leather to chew but they cook it and it almost melts in your mouth...Same thing with wild boar.

These guys are the best cooks in the world using sHT they pick in the woods.It’s incredible.Being invited to a coonass family reunion is something You want to do if you ever get the chance and if you enjoy great food.

I’ve eaten some stuff since I moved here I never ever thought I’d eat...Frog Legs are one of my favorite foods and no way I thought I’d ever eat them..

If you ever end up in Hawaii, Maui Mike's has the best open fire roasted whole chickens I've ever eaten.

I started a separate thread so that I could have the gaytor in there. There was no reason that I couldn’t have my own thread to post my **** and have him contribute to it. I left this thread be. Jax went in there and disregarded the ground rules I laid down in my new thread. There was no reason to do that so the prescribed consequences were imposed.

Inday merged the threads, probably to save this one and said tough **** haters, this gaytor can stay and now we will give infractions and thread bans in here for insulting him.

Like. I said, I was fine going my own way. Since they’re merged, this is the new reality. You guys can appeal it to Andrew and if he agrees I will re-start my own thread and I will no longer post in this one.
