That’s not a leopard. Doesn't look like a leopard. There are no naturally occurring leopards in North America. There are only two remaining species in the US.

Bobcats (which do have shorter tails) and American lions (mountain lion, Florida panther, cougar...all basically subspecies of each other). There are also lynx, mainly in Canada, maybe a few in the most northern cold states.
