Tears Gator Tears

My wife and I had dinner last night with one of her coworkers. I spent the dinner talking to the coworker's boyfriend who is a Gator fan.

He said he is just hoping that something happens along the way that limits his pain and suffering to only a handful of years. He knows the writing on the wall with how horrible the recruiting is. He expects to get blown out by us next year. He couldnt understand how Mullen was treated like a god at first. At least one Gaytor fan is not delusional.

He also mentioned having seen and watched coaches work with Deejay Dallas when he was in middle and high school. Couldn't say enough nice things about him and he is excited to see DeeJay kick ***. Kept saying how underrated he was through the process.

I know this is Gator Tears and we should keep it to the hysterics but I thought I should share a more rational fan's outlook.

Interacting with a non delusional Gaytor fan is like seeing an albino Black Panther. Congrats to you for being the first in history to accomplish such a feat.

LMAO. I see nothing is off limits in gator tears. I love it. Now I don't feel bad about my original thought, thinking Michael J. Fox must have shaped him up whilst being blindfolded.

Hernandez is the only successful TE to make it out of UF that these kids know. I honestly can't think of another one in the last 50 years. But it's still bad considering the backstory on Hernandez. Meanwhile at Miami, we'll just point out the numerous 1st round TEs (Richt gets to claim Njoku) that we use, and that's not including Herndon whom was pretty good and an early 4th round pick.

Yeah I don't know maybe so. He did say it was ridiculous that ESPN put the 08 Gators ahead of the 01 Canes. He said how can a team with Ed Reed and Shockey among 15 other 1st rounders be dissed like that. He said ESPN must have been reinspried by The Speech..jokingly.

He also shared how awesome it was for us killing OU and quoted the I aint scared of you *****.

I was definitely taken aback by how he spoke compared to the gems I find in this thread.

Between the Stampini tweet, the Jort brothers and the recruiting video using a couple of mesmerized walk ons, I believe it’s gotten so bad the Turds have started trolling themselves.

This “big time recruit” is a low 3 star QB barely completing 50% of his passes, with as many interceptions as touchdown passes.

The best part is he’s from a high school in Gainesville. The turds are now calling low 3 stars from tiny high schools in their own little fūcking hellhole of a town “big time recruits”.

The biggest thing that shows me that Mullen and this staff don't have a F'ing clue what they're doing is when Mullen retweeted Mycah Pittmans pre Announcement tweet, he and the staff Actually thought we had a chance to get Pittman despite the fact that every single recruitnik alive knew that Pittman was Oregon Bound except are Coaching staff! That's UnF'ingBelieveable to me! This point alone should worry the **** out of all us who follow Gator Football Recruiting and for those who think Dan knows what he's doing and that he's on top of things and that things are gonna turn around, because this shows me that he truly isn't on top of things and that he better get a clue quick because he's also about to become the 1st Coach in 13 years since FNL started to not get 1 single commitment from the incoming class that again is UnF'ingBelieveable! Let the it's only July, wait till the season starts, I'm not a real fan and I'm just a troll crowd begin to defend Mullen and bash me starting now!
