Yeah. They're claiming that it will cost Kelly $5M from the 49ers if he signs before the season ends. Sounds strange. Why would they care about when the college season ends???

Yea even if UCLA hadn’t opened up he’d have waited for the nfl to call imo....Chip Kelly Is a WC guy and will succeed a lot better on the WC.

I don’t think he’d be a good fit at UFAG or in the $EC for that matter.

This coupled with the fact that uif isn't a good job to take for anyone. You've gotta be desperate to take that job given the lack of talent and all the bs with credit cards just a ugly situation that some sucker will end up armpits deep in **** by taking the job. Think Mc sharkfuccer was crappy wait til their coach choices come down to strong and radio.

Major fighting going on the Gators board right now. So much that I can't screenshot it all lol.

Basically they are believing everything Goldkamp says because he says his sources are on point that they will get zkelly and all this is just a formality, but Luke has now become the a**hole on the board to the Goldkamp believers because he posted an article from Pat Forde that basically says it's between them and UCLA and Chip may be leaning west.

Of course the ones that believe Stampini agree and said this should have been done weeks ago if Kelly was their man. The fact it hasn't happened yet leads them to believe Kelly used them to get UCLA to speed up their process.

If they don't get Kelly then Goldkamp better change his name to Ferman because that board will implode

someone remind the turds that chip got fired from the 9ers, he didnt leave. they dont get to pick and choose when and if they pay him his buyout.

Jaromir Jagr swears up and down that Chip Kelly is a done deal at UF, I still dont buy it.

Buyout clause or not, if you have a big name, you need to splash it NOW at UF. Splash it for the heavy boosters, splash it for next season ticket sales, and splash it most importantly to salvage a recruiting class.

Eat the money and hit the ground running. Miami is way ahead of you, but FSU is faltering, and having a big name coach and direction might unlock some recruiting avenues, maybe poach a few from FSU.

I still think if UCLA offers him something comparable, he'll go back to the west coast.
