I doubt even Frost wants to go there. McElwain won that division twice his first 2 years. Year 3 he has a crap ton of players suspended and now he's going through a struggling season. Coaches from the outside will see the unrealistic expectations placed by the fanbase.

Also, McSharky squandered the elite defense that Muschamp left him. Year by year, that think got weaker and now its just average.
