Put him in bubble wrap
I think our development of players is significantly better than Florida and one of Mario's best traits as a HC.Napier’s development continues to be an issue too. It’s not just S&C issues like this Bucs kid. There have been multiple players that transferred out of UF that then spoke publicly about how they were finally getting real coaching and development from their new schools that they had missed out on under Billy and his staff. It’s a huge problem. He should not be a coach at this level, or possibly not even a head coach.
Now this will be funI think our development of players is significantly better than Florida and one of Mario's best traits as a HC.
So if worst case scenario for UF is Lagway is out, who is their back up?
To re-iterate, he will not be game ready for us Sept 20 if this is the case. Unless they rush his timetable. If it’s a tear look for him to miss at least 7-8 weeks. That’s not an injury you gamble with. Legit requires near immobility to heal and then needs to be reconditioned to regain confidence.
They have a walk on from last year that played against Texas and in other spurts, and looked horrible. They got a guy named Bailey in the portal, but the walk on was ahead of him during the spring so TBD.So if worst case scenario for UF is Lagway is out, who is their back up?
Missed spring, and since then has been on a pitch count.Regardless if he plays against us or not he missed spring or was on a pitch count? Can’t remember. And he’s missing fall camp. Some random guy is taking all the first team reps
They linger for a long time if you’re not resting. Even when you feel healthy it’s super easy to aggravate. How bad is a calf strain? Never had one
We do see significant development since Mario has been HC.Now this will be fun
Mopes, err realist
ASSEMBLE
Yeap it’s called a head shotReally ain’t worried about Lagway health. He’ll likely be ready for our match up that’s just how things work against the Canes. I’m just hoping new DC has a plan to prevent every QB from looking like a Heisman finalist against us.
Your Florida friend sounds exactly how I expect a Gator to sound.Asked a Florida guy I’m friends with (who’s sometimes in the know) what the thinking is up there. He and the people he talks too think the injury is minor, but is worse than Billy is letting on. They view him playing against USF as a must, since getting his first reps of the year against LSU would be a terrible situation.
They also think their OL will be elite, and that the RB room will be at the top of the SEC. When I asked how they overcome Billy, he basically said talent and a star QB.

"Ya its not that but Billy isnt telling us how bad so its probably worse."
Sound UF logics.
Harrison Bailey. How do I know that name??? Was he another in a long line of souf Florida recruiting legend lore? The guy they PLAYED last year was Aidan Warner, the walk-on/transfer from Yale.
The guy they might LIKE to play is Tramell Jones, the true freshman.
The guy they DON'T want to play is Clay Millen, the transfer from Nevada and Colorado State.
The guy they might HAVE TO play is Harrison Bailey, the transfer from Tennessee and UNLV and Louisville.
It's not a deep and/or talented room.
Pretty sure he was on a pitch count for Spring practice. Now he can’t even practice?? Going to be one nervous dude (regarding re-injury) once he suits up.Missed spring, and since then has been on a pitch count.
The severity of his injury is unknown, but their backups are cheeks.
He was like the #2 QB in his class and originally signed with Tennessee...he's travelled more than Tyler shough, I think he's from georgiaHarrison Bailey. How do I know that name??? Was he another in a long line of souf Florida recruiting legend lore?
