In most professions requiring licensure or certification you simply can't work in those professions if you can't pass your tests. Which begs the question how and why did he stay employed so long?

Series 6, 7, and a state license just to work in a financial services field as a manager. If I didn't pass, I simply wasn't that doing that job anymore. Struggled to pass is something we dealt with in our department. If you didn't pass after three times you were fired.

How does this happen? I'm probably making way too much of this, but I feel like this is seriously big news. Ferman, you had the bomb of the entire Golden regime and you just dropped the ball. That has to be an entire story in the future.

Maybe Barry will pick up on this now.

I passed the CSCS( Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) exam on my first attempt. My formal education is not in exercise science. They do require a 4 year degree to be able to sit for the exam. I also have a highly respected personal training certification and USAW sports performance coaching certification. I can't even get a look at non paid internships in this field. This is some really odd information if true.

But also really ****ed off b/c most folks with a brain knew this guy was a disaster since 2005!! And yet he was allowed to fester and remain employed, when he couldn't even pass a goddam certification exam!!!!

Where are the clowns who defended him every year???? Where is Corch Macho to tell us how it doesn't matter?

His employment was the biggest slap in the face to Canes fans.

Not everyone here is as Beta as you are, and not everyone here believes the societal narrative about what a tough guy is or looks like. People were making a big deal about Perryman's response. I felt his response was a normal one to someone calling him and his teammates weak. Thats all. Not saying Swassey shouldnt be fired. Just saying I thought Perryman's reaction was a normal one.
